Design, UX, and front-end development in one pair of hands.
I'm Dylan Dwight. I run Dylan Dwight Creative Technologies, a small practice building clear, responsive digital experiences for independent businesses and creative work.
Approach
I combine visual design, UX thinking, and front-end development.
Content, interface, and code
On a typical project that means structuring the content, designing the interface, and writing the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Visitor first, built by hand
I start with what a visitor needs to do, not with a template. I build by hand so I understand every part of what ships, test on real devices, and keep the result maintainable for the person who owns it.
The details that decide if a site works
Information clarity, mobile usability, accessibility, performance, and real-world business utility. I'd rather tell you a feature isn't worth the budget than build it badly.
Background that informs the work
Both shape how I think about clarity, pacing, and getting out of the way.
- Restaurant operationsI've worked in restaurant operations, which is why my hospitality projects begin with menus, hours, reservations, directions, and ordering: the things guests actually look for.
- Electronic music productionI also produce electronic music, which keeps me close to the artists, venues, and culture I like designing for.

Open to junior front-end and UX/UI roles
